Banjo Shaped classic Side sash lock will lock a sash (hung) window in any position, check out the pictures of the antique lock on the window to get a visual of how it works. Uneven windows, loose windows, open or closed in any position, these locks put pressure on the frame and hold the windows in place. When closed these help with rattles and air leaks and just help keeps them more secure. When you have them open in any position these locks apply pressure and keep them from sliding. Perfect for double hung windows with worn or broke pulley ropes.
