This special formula tambour glue is a commercial grade adhesive. It is formulated for the furniture industry and is ideal for gluing the cotton cloth/twill tape backing to tambour door slats. This multi-purpose adhesive is flexible when cured and can be used for bonding wood, leather, cloth and other porous materials.

Sold Individually in 8 ounce bottles only. (One bottle should do approximately about 20 linear feet of our 3 inch twill tape)

DIRECTIONS: One 8oz. bottle is designed to cover approximately twenty linear feet of our TW-3 webbing.


Clean all debris from wood, including old glue and fabric.


Clamp slat pieces tight and flush on the back side.


Cut fabric approximately 1-1/2 inches longer than the door itself. Fabric should run perpendicular to the wood slats. Mark area where fabric will be applied.


Drizzle glue into marked area, and spread with paint brush. Being careful not to push glue between slats. Apply fabric, and smooth with roller to remove bubbles.


Let dry approximately 8 hours.
